Speed is our love language. It’s how we impress clients and beat competitors to make placements consistently. The maxim “time kills deals” is a law of business we take seriously.

This level of urgency is expected from the founding team —> the equity-holding builders, pirates, and romantics who are setting the tone to scale Keepers to our immediate mission:

• Scale to 100 new placements per month
• Reach a $200M valuation
• Compress 10–15 years of growth into 5 years

🕒 Schedule & Rhythm

General Flow

• Weekdays: ~9 hrs focused daily work
• Sundays: Our teammates often plan on Sundays to start the week with clarity
• Breaks: restorative, not draining (meditation vs social media)
• Time off:
  • 7 + 3 days on US holidays
    • US Holidays
  • 10 personal days/year (unused days carry over to next year)
  • Sick leave as needed
  • New parent leave - Paid:
    • 14 calendar days
      • +14 extra calendar days for moms giving birth
    • R$10,000 bonus per new child (birth or adopted)
